Moreover, FSI grant can be suspended.

Examination and assessment methods
The student undertakes to comply with the examination and assessment procedures stipulated for all compulsory courses and the courses he or she has chosen. The nature of these examination and assessment methods (written or oral) is defined by the Institute of Political Studies.

- For all compulsory courses:

Conférences de méthode: continuous assessment only.

French history and civilisation: the examination consists of a continuous assessment component and a written test.

- For chosen courses:

Courses are assessed by means of a written test in the form of a personal assignment (analytical summary or essay) and an oral test covering the course or oral feedback on the written assignment (the tutor may arrange a written test instead if more than 20 students have enrolled for the course).
