Registration upon your arrival

Necessary documents for the registration form
(in these dimensions: 20 mm x 23 mm, for the student card)

• 1 identity picture
  (in these dimensions: 20 mm x 23 mm, for the student card)
• Photocopy of the student card of your university of origin
• The IEP registration form completed
  (Given by the Registration Office when you arrive at Sciences Po Rennes)
• Health insurance
  For the European Economic Area citizens (27 countries of EU + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), ask for the European Health Insurance Card. For students of Quebec, you must have the SE401 Q106 bis document. In all the other cases, the affiliation to the French student social security system is compulsory (the academic year 2014-2015 cost 213 €).
• Photocopy of your long-stay visa or passport
  For students outside the European Community or the European Economic Area.
• A third-party insurance certificate
  (Your assurance company has to fill in the “certificate of insurance” form) or photocopy of your LMDE or SMEBA insurance application.
